No returns or exchanges are accepted on any purchases made at Leisure Days RV Centre Truro, whether in-store or online. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing and contact us with any questions—our team is here to help you choose the right RV, part, or accessory the first time.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns for change of mind, if your item arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
We will assist with:

Inspecting the item,

Reviewing photos and details provided, and

Coordinating a remedy permitted by the manufacturer or applicable law (which may include repair, replacement, or warranty support).
When contacting us, please include:

Invoice or order number,
-
Clear photos of the damage/defect and packaging,

A brief description of the issue,
-
Your preferred contact information.
Vehicle (RV) Purchases
Sales of new and pre-owned RVs at Leisure Days RV Centre Truro are final upon delivery and/or registration.
Any concerns after delivery will be addressed through:

Applicable manufacturer warranties, and
-
Our service department, based on inspection and warranty terms.
Normal wear and tear, maintenance items, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications are not covered unless specifically outlined by the manufacturer.
Order Cancellations
Orders that:

Have entered processing,
-
Have shipped, or
-
Are special-order/custom items,
cannot be cancelled.
Deposits on:
-
Custom factory orders, or
-
Units undergoing pre-delivery inspection (PDI)
may be non-refundable, as specified in your signed purchase agreement.
Non-Returnable Items
For clarity, the following are treated as final sale:

Electrical components and installed parts,
-
Special-order or custom items,
-
Clearance or “final sale” merchandise,
-
Opened, used, or improperly installed items not covered by warranty.
Warranties
Many RVs, parts, and accessories are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Leisure Days RV Centre Truro will help facilitate warranty claims where possible; however, all coverage decisions and remedies are determined by the manufacturer.
Please keep your proof of purchase and warranty documentation.
